Three Years of HTV Coaching: A Tail of Transformation 🐾

If you had told me three years ago that I’d have my own coaching coach and a front-row seat to transformational leadership work, I would’ve wagged in disbelief. But here we are—HTV LLC is officially three years old, and I’ve been right alongside Heather, soaking up the energy, wisdom, and breakthroughs that happen in every session.
From the very beginning, Heather set out to build something bold: a coaching practice rooted in conscious leadership, energy alignment, and the kind of transformation that doesn’t just shift performance—it shifts people. And let me tell you, the humans who’ve walked through our doors (virtual and otherwise) have been nothing short of extraordinary.
