A sit down conversation, Leadership DevelopmentRetainer-Based Coaching

  • Description: Long-term coaching relationship with flexible access to coaching services.
  • Duration: Ongoing, minimum of 6 months required in SOW.
  • Frequency: As needed, priority access to calendar
  • Rescheduling: 24 hr requested, no penalty/fees incurred for rescheduling
  • Includes:
    • Assessments and Tool Kits
    • Unlimited access to coaching sessions
    • On-demand support
    • Regular check-ins and progress reviews
    • Customized resources and tools.

Bi-Weekly Coaching Packages

  • Description: Long-term coaching relationship with predictable coaching services.
  • Duration: 3-12 months
  • Frequency: 2x/month scheduled, limited on demand support in between calls
  • Rescheduling: 24 hr requested, no penalty/fees incurred for rescheduling
  • Includes:
    • Assessments and Tool Kits
    • Limited On-demand support
    • Regular check-ins and progress reviews
    • Customized resources and tools.
    • Additional hrs purchased separately as needed

Targeted Leadership Development Packages

  • Description: Comprehensive program to develop a leadership skill or discipline.
  • Duration: 10 sessions
  • Frequency: As scheduled by client
  • Rescheduling: 24 hr required to not incur cancellation fees
  • Includes:
    • Initial Introductory Session to set goals and customized coaching plan
    • Selected Assessments & tools
    • End of session recommendations

Post-Session Follow-up Coaching Packages

  • Description: Book as needed sessions, assessments & tool kits sold separately
  • Duration: On demand
  • Frequency: For sustainment, drop in needs or to supplement a bi-weekly package
  • Rescheduling: 24 hr required to not incur cancellation fees
  • Includes:
    • 50-minute coaching session on a specific goal/topic
    • Email follow up
